As our team continues to grow were looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused HVAC Service Coordinator to join our HVAC Department.

What Youll Do:

As an HVAC Service Coordinator youll be the key connection between our customers technicians and internal team. Youll manage the scheduling of service work orders coordinate technician routes and ensure repairs and projects are completed efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving multitasking and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions:

Scheduling service work orders and routing technicians to customer sites
Preparing accurate proposals and submitting them for customer approval
Tracking and updating service calls and customer records
Assisting with quoting part procurement and dispatching
Troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries with professionalism
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely quality service delivery

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service dispatching quoting or part procurement preferred
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new software systems
Previous HVAC industry experience is a plus
