About The Opportunity
Were looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team full-time in a hybrid role. Working mainly from home youll attend monthly in-studio meetings and training. Youll engage with warm leadsclients already interested in booking a photoshootto build excitement trust and connection over the phone and guide them to their next step.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Converting inbound outbound leads into booked photoshoots
- Build rapport and inspire clients through authentic conversations
- Conducting consultations to help clients prepare for their shoots
- Explaining packages and processes with clarity and confidence
- Following up promptly and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Achieving KPIs while delivering a five-star client experience
About You
- 2 years experience in over-the-phone sales (Required)
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Goal-driven with a passion for results and closing deals
- Self-motivated and independent yet team-oriented
- Organised tech-savvy and proactive with leads
- Positive resilient and eager to grow creatively
