PAY & BENEFITS
Our Ag Service Technicians not only enjoy a great wage of $25.00 - $45.00/hour but we also offer additional financial incentives like a $2000 guaranteed signing bonus overtime premiums on-call bonus eligibility and a progressive scale production-based incentive plan! THE AG SERVICE TECHNICIAN WERE LOOKING FOR
- 3 years of professional hands-on diesel repair experience
- Ability to operate vehicles and use diagnostic equipment
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical activity in various weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Valid drivers license
Bonus Qualifications
- Formal John Deere training (JDU)
- 10 years of experience in the agricultural industry
- Positive employment of reasonable tenure with another John Deere dealer

You tackle a wide range of mechanical electrical and hydraulic issues using specialized tools and equipment to perform precise dependable work.
