The role
Looking for a role that blends commercial savvy with public purpose As Manager Property Leasing & Procurement youll lead leasing and procurement across a diverse portfoliofrom heritage-listed landmarks to retail tourism and agricultural sites. Youll shape deals that generate revenue to sustain Sydneys iconic parklands balancing commercial outcomes with community benefit.
This is a hands-on strategic role where youll manage everything from testing the market procurement stakeholder engagement through to contract negotiation and occupations. Youll navigate government procurement processes while tapping into your private sector property experience to unlock opportunities across a diverse range of assets.
