Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia
Job Type: Full-Time

RVP Consultants headquartered in the Washington DC area and founded in 2011 has been serving clients across North America Africa the Middle East and beyond. As we establish our regional office in Riyadh Saudi Arabia we are seeking a driven and experienced HR & Recruiting Specialist to lead recruitment efforts across KSA and support selected global hiring needs. This role will also manage HR operations and ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles in Saudi Arabia and internationally (sourcing screening interviewing selection).
Recruit talent across multiple functions and departments.
Coordinate interviews offers onboarding and support visa processes or iqama transfer when needed.
Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
Build and sustain strong relationships with candidates employees and clients.

HR Operations & Compliance
Serve as the primary HR contact for the Saudi office and manage daily HR operations.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law GOSI medical insurance and statutory requirements.
Prepare employment contracts offer letters and HR documentation aligned with KSA standards.
Oversee payroll coordination benefits administration and end-of-service calculations.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
Support employee relations disciplinary actions and performance management.
Advise management and staff on HR policies benefits and labor law updates.


Requirements
35 years of HR and recruitment experience in Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law GOSI and medical insurance requirements.
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Proficiency in HR systems/ATS and MS Office.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.

HR certifications (CIPD SHRM PHRi or equivalent).
Experience working in multinational or fast-growing environments.
