Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Business Development with a strong
sales background to lead and manage the entire operations and growth of our center. This role
is a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on business development responsible for driving
revenue building strategic partnerships and ensuring operational excellence at the center.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
Drive business growth and revenue generation for the center through B2B/B2C sales
initiatives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and market segments.
Lead the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Center Management & Leadership
Oversee all aspects of the centers operations including sales service delivery
marketing and administration.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure operational efficiency.
Manage a team of sales executives support staff and operational personnel.
Conduct regular team reviews trainings and performance evaluations.
Strategic Planning
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products or services at the
center.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adapt business strategies.
Prepare business forecasts budgets and reports for senior management.
Customer Experience & Retention
Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the customer journey.
Address customer issues/escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Develop strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.
8 12 years of progressive experience in sales/business development with at least 3 5
years in a leadership or center management role.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership negotiation and communication skills.
Experience in managing teams and running P&L for a business unit or center.
