We are currently seeking an experienced Family Law Lawyer to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our strong and expanding Family Law practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation in all aspects of family law including divorce parenting matters child and spousal support property division and child protection.
- Advise and counsel clients on legal strategies and family law issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Manage a diverse caseload from initial consultation to resolution.
- Draft pleadings affidavits domestic agreements financial statements and court submissions.
- Appear before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice and represent clients in mediations and settlement negotiations.
- Negotiate resolutions and advocate for clients best interests at every stage.
- Collaborate closely with paralegals legal assistants and administrative staff to ensure seamless case management.
Qualifications:
- JD or LL.B. from an accredited Canadian law school.
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Minimum 5 years of dedicated family law experience with a proven ability to manage complex matters.
- In-depth understanding of Ontario and federal family law statutes and case law.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and client advocacy skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy discretion and professionalism.
