Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (API Integration Lucidchart Georgia Criminal Justice)

Location: Atlanta GA (Onsite)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between business partners and the development team to ensure solutions meet user needs.
Elicit analyze and document functional and non-functional business requirements through workshops interviews and other techniques.
Develop detailed business and functional requirements including use case narratives diagrams and user stories.
Create and maintain process flow diagrams screen designs and user story maps using Lucidchart.
Manage user stories and track progress using JIRA.
Define and document API service calls including request and response formats for API endpoints.
Collaborate closely with API developers to ensure APIs meet defined requirements.
Create clear and comprehensive data flow diagrams and explain complex data flows to technical and business stakeholders.
Participate in project meetings throughout all phases of the SDLC.
Support user acceptance testing and requirements validation processes.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Mandatory Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent work experience
Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst on data integration or software development projects
Advanced knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques business modeling and use case design
Experience defining and documenting APIs and data flow diagrams
Strong collaboration and coordination skills between technical and business teams
Proficiency with tools such as Lucidchart and JIRA

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in state or local government preferably within the Georgia Criminal Justice System
Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile Scrum and Waterfall
Project Management Professional (PMP) or ITIL Foundation certification
Expertise in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of end-to-end data integration and system design
