Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Install configure and maintain RF equipment and related site infrastructure according to project specifications.
Conduct site surveys signal testing and Passive Intermodulation (PIM) testing to ensure optimal network performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve RF issues during and post-installation phases.
Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations especially when working at heights.
Document installation and testing activities accurately and report findings to the project management team.
Collaborate with engineers site managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Adhere strictly to health and safety policies and guidelines.
Requirements
Proven experience (3-5 years) in RF installation and testing with a strong technical knowledge of telecom networks.
Ability to conduct comprehensive PIM testing and interpret results effectively.
Proficient in the use of RF test equipment and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
Comfortable working at heights with proper safety precautions.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
T3 Certification or equivalent recognized technical qualification in telecommunications.
Valid working at heights certificate.
Relevant RF installation certifications.
A valid drivers license will be an advantage.
