What you will be doing:

Oversee manage and deliver multiple client projects ensuring client satisfaction by driving timelines milestones and deliverables.
Regularly communicate with internal teams and senior client stakeholders preparing key project documents and ensuring alignment on goals risks and deliverables.
Collaborate with various teams (Product Consultants Designers QAs) to ensure seamless project execution resolve blockers and mitigate risks.
Plan and allocate resources efficiently proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
Act as the primary client contact managing expectations and ensuring successful project delivery.
Provide feedback and suggest improvements for project delivery practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
Identify potential risks or blockers early and devise proactive mitigation plans to avoid delays.

What our client is looking for:

Strong critical thinking communication and proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High emotional intelligence emphasizing transparency empathy and team collaboration.
Minimum 5 years experience in client-facing project management with a proven track record.
Strong understanding of digital SaaS and cloud-based technologies ideally in asset management or financial services.
Experience with traditional project management methodologies for large and complex projects.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite JIRA Confluence and other project management tools.
Experience in Asset & Wealth Management especially in Marketing Digital Distribution or Client Reporting is a plus.
Project Management (e.g. PMP Prince2) or Agile certifications are a plus.
