Job Summary

Ballito. Half day - 07:00-13:30.
An exciting half day opportunity exists for a competent Accounts / Admin Clerk. This role will suit a detail-oriented individual with strong accounting knowledge and solid administrative skills. Payroll experience is essential.


Responsibilities include:
  • Managing creditorsand performing bank reconciliations
  • Processing transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Performing payrollduties
  • Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks including answering phones filing and responding to emails
  • Coordinating travel arrangementsas required
  • Using Xeroand Sageaccounting systems
Requirements:
  • Proven accounts experience
  • Payroll experience essential
  • Proficiency in Sageand Xero
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Must reside in Ballito area / surrounds
