Key Responsibilities:
- Provide flawless customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to tenders strictly and efficiently.
- Successfully implement customer service strategies to improve customer happiness and dedication.
- Collaborate with internal departments to determine customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Support Tenders team in Poland with any relevant task as necessary
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role preferably within the tenders or related industry.
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written in Polish and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
