Job Title: IT Administrator

Experience: 3–4 Years Location: Coimbatore (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to manage and maintain our company’s IT infrastructure ensuring smooth operations network security and reliable system performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing hardware software network systems and user support within a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain company servers networks and computer systems. Install configure and troubleshoot operating systems software and hardware.
Monitor system performance and ensure network security data backup and disaster recovery readiness.
Manage user accounts access controls and IT asset inventory. Provide technical support to employees resolving IT-related issues efficiently.
Ensure antivirus firewall and security updates are up to date.
Support system upgrades migrations and software rollouts.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance.
Maintain documentation for IT policies licenses and configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
3–4 years of experience as an IT Administrator System Administrator or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac/iOS/Linux systems networking (LAN/WAN) and server management. Experience with firewalls VPNs and data backup solutions.
Hands-on experience with routers switches and network troubleshooting tools.
Familiar with Office 365 Active Directory and cloud services (AWS/Azure preferred).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
