Are you detail-oriented highly organized and passionate about supporting commercial operations through effective contract management If so we want to hear from you!

Heres what you will do:

Serve as a subject matter authority for Contract Administration across Offshore pipeline systems platforms and facilities.
Coordinate with internal departments and external customers to route approve execute and distribute contracts.
Draft standard agreements and amendments and manage customer correspondence and inquiries.
Maintain and input contract data into systems such as Icertis and SharePoint.
Support special commercial projects including acquisitions divestitures and litigation.
Analyze complex contractual scenarios and provide solutions using independent judgment.
Ensure compliance with Enbridge policies including Contracts Policy Risk Management Policy and Authorities and Spending Limits Policy.
Collaborate with Commercial Legal Accounting Regulatory Scheduling Operations and JV Partners to support contract execution and administration.

Who you are:

You have the following education and experience:

Bachelors or Associates degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
5 years of experience in contract analysis or commercial contracts work.
Strong communication skillsboth verbal and written.
High level of motivation initiative and ability to work independently.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business accounting or engineering.
Experience with Offshore pipeline systems and commercial operations.
Familiarity with Gas Control Scheduling Volume Management Regulatory or Marketing functions.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in a typical office environment.
Periodic overtime may be required.
Infrequent travel may be necessary.
Physical requirements include sitting standing walking and occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs).
