The Cliffs Notes
The Senior Salesforce Admin will join an agile business systems team reporting to our Director of Business Systems. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing the technical strategy across business systems including Salesforce as well as other third-party tools. This is an exciting opportunity to support a complex and dynamic implementation within a fun fast-paced and growing organization.

What youll own:

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and Salesforce architect to document business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions within Salesforce and other third-party business systems including Kinectives PSA tool and marketing automation tool
• Customize Salesforce and other applications by configuring workflows process automation user interfaces and data models
• Ensure data quality perform deduplication and oversee data migrations
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation including business process workflows data flow diagrams solution architecture and release notes
• Manage user accounts roles permissions and licenses
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business systems
• Adhere to university policies industry best practices and compliance standards for Salesforce and other systems administration

• Gathering requirements needed for business and functional projects with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical personas
• Recommending efficient and holistic solutions and driving implementation of improvements with strong communication across cross-functional stakeholders
• Effectively solving problems and troubleshooting issues with robust solutions
• Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring key deliverables are met
• Proactively identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks or conflicts in timeline
• Presenting information and responding to questions from managers end-users and staff
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to self-direct workload based on urgency and impact
  
  

Necessary Qualifications:

• 5 years of Salesforce Administrator experience
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Community Cloud CPQ and expertise in key Salesforce architectural concepts
• Experience with marketing automation and PSA tools. Specific experience with HubSpot and Certinia a plus
• Proficiency in flows validation rules reports dashboards and user management
• Experience with Agile project management framework
• Preference for experience in the banking and financial institution industry in a B2B SaaS environment

The Team

In this role you would be a part of the IT & Business Systems team and reporting to the Director of Business Systems.

Office Expectation

This role is remote. If you live in the Phoenix or Denver metropolitan areas some in-office work may be required.

Compensation

At Kinective base pay depends on multiple individualized factors including a candidates experience qualifications job-related knowledge and skills and geographic location. Compensation also reflects internal equity to ensure fairness across similar roles.

Base pay is just one part of Kinectives Total Rewards package. Depending on the role successful candidates may also be eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus plan commission program or equity offerings.
