As a Business Partner Oversight you will be responsible for identifying investigating communicating and resolving oversight investigations into AP Directive non-compliance. Some of the core responsibilities are:

• Build relationships and trust with HQ partners and field leaders to deepen acumen and to provide recommendations and solutions for business problems.

• Identify investigate and communicate findings and results of Oversight investigations to field leaders and HQ partners.

• Manage the program for AP Research Requests (Deep Dive) and AP Oversight reporting.

• Support field leaders in the creation of action plans to address AP Directive non-compliance.

• Support AP Oversight routines and the development of AP Directives and AP tactics trainings as needed or when requested.

• Support reputational risk and legal partners and ethics investigations as an AP expert.

About you:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience

• 1-4 years of work experience in an operations environment preferably in retail/stores/AP

• Ability to manage projects set timelines and meet deadlines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to maximize relationships and take partners to achieve goals

• Ability to investigate research and communicate findings

• Comfortable in working with and communicating confidential information to appropriate partners

• Microsoft Office and SmartSheet proficient
