This will be a Global role but candidate will be physically located in Singapore. As aProgram Manager within the Indirect Procurement team at Micronyou will be supporting the overall consistency and effectiveness of the Indirect procurement portfolios. You will support Indirect leaders in managing programs projects and metrics. Expertise in AI and Automation tools.

The candidate will provide updates on project progress support category performance report and execute necessary process change management. They will work very closely with several teams including Finance Category Analysts Planning and Supplier Managers regionally and globally.

Govern Create and Manage Programs and Projects

Ensure Program has clear definition and objectives.
Ensure alignment of program metrics with related programs inside the organization as well as with those of stakeholder organizations.
Foster Best known method(BKM) sharing culture and innovatory thinking to achieve success.

Execute Monitor/Control and Close Programs

Use available systems and guidelines to control and track projects.
Provide the Indirect Leadership teamand other stakeholders with updates on the progress and status of assigned program.
Work with project teams to ensure the project status is accurate and up to date.

Maintain Program Health

Define and evolve the practices used to make changes to active projects.
Communicate program expectations to team members and stakeholder.

Lead or Assist with Project Management

Serve as a Project Manager or individual contributor for organizational initiatives.
Initiate plan execute monitor and close projects.
Communicate project status to stakeholders.

Provide Business Data Analysis Executive Presentation Support

Create and manage Procurement data and reporting environment.
Develop and manage organizational processes and information systems.
Assist with creation of executive level slides for program strategic and BKM presentations.

Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Business Administration/Management
Computer Science/Information Systems
Finance or Accounting
Project Management
Related field of study

Experience:

Proficient in AI and Automation tools (Copilot & etc).
Proficient in Microsoft applications and data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI etc).
Good communicator
