Job Summary

Mission Recruiting is proudly assisting aSan Diego-based boutique real estate law firm seeking a skilled litigation attorney to join its growing landlord services team. Thisfully remote role offers the autonomy to manage your own caseload while contributing to a collaborative legal environment focused on landlord-side unlawful detainer and landlord-tenant litigation.

In this position youll handle eviction matters from intake through resolution including court appearances motion practice negotiations and client consultations. The role is ideal for a litigator confident in their ability to independently manage cases and effectively represent property owners in high-stakes disputes.

Highlights:

Fully remote role (Southern California-based candidates only)
$150000$200000 base salary bonuses
120130 billable hours/month (annually)
Quarterly performance and origination bonuses
$400/month health stipend $380 remote setup stipend
Paid bar dues CLEs and professional memberships

Requirements:

Licensed in California
Litigation experience required; real estate or UD background preferred
Strong communication drafting and advocacy skills
Ability to make in-person court appearances for all major Southern CA counties as needed (San Diego Orange Riverside San Bernardino Los Angeles & Ventura)
