Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information. Confidentiality is a must.
- Highly organized and able to work in a computer-driven business environment.
- Strong communication skills are necessary.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Deltek Costpoint.
- Ability to telework with a high bandwidth internet environment (>100Mbps down/20 Mbps up).
- Experience with supporting business administration accounting and human resources.
Reports to: KTC Principal Business Analyst
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain vendor and regulatory notices
- Manage bank and credit card statements & receipts
- Prep biweekly payroll
- Track/Process Leave Requests
- Invoices Track AR & AP
- Monthly Accounting Package assemble & data entry
- Monthly HR review for upcoming company changes and policy/posting changes or requirements.
- Assist in New Hire Onboarding package/check-in process
- Assist in Employee Offboarding package/check-out process
- Maintain employee training tracker update completion dates file certificates of completion and follow up on incomplete training.
- Distribute monthly charging guidance to employees/supervisors.
