Job Summary
This is a remote position.
- Audit and analyze existing Zaps using the API Keys table
- Rebuild and migrate Zaps using Custom Actions and API Call Actions
- Ensure updated workflows are secure efficient and fully functional
- Collaborate with tech and security teams to meet standards and document processes
- Optimize workflows for long-term scalability and maintainability
Requirements
- 2 years of hands-on experience with the Zapier app API calls and webhooks
- Proven experience building advanced workflows using Custom Actions and API Call Actions
- Strong understanding of automation architecture and API integration
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote team environment
- A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed

Required Skills:
1 years of experience in an IT Help Desk role Bachelors Degree in Information Systems Analytics Operations Management Data Science or other Quantitative Field preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize Experience with Data Analytics Jotform Airtable Zapier Hubspot Asana Google Workspace Database management is a plus but not required JavaScript Python CSS HTML is a plus but not required Proficient with Microsoft Office G Suite applications and computer security systems Proficient with or able to quickly become proficient with a range of general and specialized applications software and hardware used in the organization and the industry. Expert in problem-solving critical thinking and an understanding of complex system dependencies A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM) Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
