Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Meta Ads Specialist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads to drive measurable growth for service-based this role you will manage and optimize ad campaigns that directly impact client acquisition lead generation and revenue growth.

At this stage you will primarily manage one main account including Pinterest Ads and other social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

This is a remote part-time position and the successful candidate must be available to work within Australian business hours.

Responsibilities

Plan create and manage high-performing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns tailored to service-based businesses.
Conduct audience research segmentation and targeting to maximize ad relevance and performance.
Develop and execute Pinterest Ads strategies (as needed) to support multi-platform growth objectives.
Continuously monitor analyze and optimize campaigns for key performance metrics such as ROAS CTR CPC and conversions.
Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to align ad strategies with overall business and marketing goals.
Stay current on the latest trends updates and best practices in Meta Ads Manager Pinterest Ads and digital marketing.
Provide strategic recommendations to improve funnel performance ad creative and audience engagement.

Requirements

Proven experience managing and scaling Meta Ads campaigns for service-based businesses.
Previous experience working in agency environments or contributing to agency growth using Meta campaigns.
Experience managing Pinterest Ads campaigns for other clients (highly desirable).
Strong understanding of ad tracking pixel implementation and performance data analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads Manager.
Ability to manage budgets effectively and report on ROI.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Must be able to work remotely and within Australian business hours.
Ability to start immediately (ideally within one week).
