Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Enterprise Sales Executive (Connectivity Consultant) to drive business growth through enterprise client acquisition and retention in the connectivity and telecom solutions space. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong consultative selling skills an in-depth understanding of enterprise networking solutions and a proven ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Identify engage and secure new enterprise clients across target industries.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Client Relationship Management
Conduct client needs assessments and recommend appropriate connectivity solutions.
Build and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with enterprise clients.
Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Manage the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
Maintain accurate client records forecasts and activity reports within the CRM system.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth and timely solution implementation.
Market & Technical Insight
Stay updated on emerging technologies market trends and competitor offerings.
Provide expert consultation on enterprise networking and connectivity solutions.
Contribute insights to enhance product offerings and service quality.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field (Masters Degree is an advantage).
35 years of proven experience in enterprise IT or telecom/Internet connectivity sales.
Strong technical understanding of networking broadband and enterprise connectivity solutions.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Relevant professional certifications (Sales or Networking) are an added advantage.
