Job Summary
We are hiring for the position of Internal Corporate Recruiter (Work from Office role).
Location: Kolkata (Local candidates preferred)

About the Role:
Roles & Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions.
Sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri Monster LinkedIn etc.) and social media platforms.
Conducting mass mailing job postings and Boolean searches.
Making 5060 calls per day for sourcing screening and scheduling interviews.
Working as an Individual Contributor and handling full-cycle recruitment.
Strong candidate engagement follow-ups and offer management.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders for recruitment mandates within 2COMS Group.
Requirements
Experience: 23 years (Recruitment Consultancy background mandatory)
Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proficiency in sourcing both technical and non-technical profiles.
Own laptop/desktop with stable internet connectivity.
