The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Talent and Development team you lead the creation and implementation of impactful staffing solutions. As a Manager you guide the execution of resource management strategies focusing on coaching and developing your team while managing client accounts and stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage resource allocation to meet operational needs
- Supervise teams to achieve successful project execution
- Mentor staff to develop their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives
- Analyze operational processes to identify areas for enhancement
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
-- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- 8 years of experience in post-qualification work experience
- 5 years of experience in managing business stakeholders
- Graduate or post-graduate in any workstream with a good academic record.
What Sets You Apart
- Graduate or post-graduate in a relevant workstream
- 1 to 2 years of experience in team supervision preferred
- Hands-on knowledge of staffing tools
- Analyzing large data sets for trends
- Client-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in project/change management preferred
- Working knowledge of Power BI and Tableau preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in organizational and time-management abilities
