Job Description
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Prospect qualify and secure new business opportunities in assigned market sectors driving the sales pipeline to achieve revenue growth.
- Develop tailored commercial proposals negotiate terms and close deals ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients conducting regular reviews to identify additional business opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as finance logistics and marketing to support smooth customer onboarding and the successful execution of sales strategies.
- Track and manage sales activities using CRM systems ensuring a continuously filled and actively managed sales funnel.
- Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue targets customer acquisition and customer satisfaction (NPS).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic sales planning and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide input and feedback on improving the inside sales processes and customer experience to ensure long-term success.
