As EGM Customer Service youll lead the strategic direction and delivery of customer service across Consumer Insurance.
Customer service plays a critical role in connecting our customers with brands and products which create value for them and help to resolve their more complex enquiries through our assisted channels. We support customers through inbound and outbound calls email chat events as well as multiple social media & online platforms.
Reporting to the CEO youll drive customer acquisition retention and satisfaction while embedding a high-performance customer-obsessed culture.
What Youll Do
Lead the strategic positioning of Customer Service aligned to Suncorps broader strategy including our digital transformation
Drive cultural and behavioural shifts to support transformation agenda
Drive profitable growth through customer acquisition retention and service excellence
Oversee customer contact systems to improve satisfaction retention and advocacy
Embed a culture of customer innovation high performance across service teams
Represent Suncorp with regulators shareholders and external stakeholders
Provide strategic advice to the Board and Executive Management on customer service matters
What Youll Bring
Proven strategic leadership in financial services with 15 years experience
Deep understanding of regulatory environments and APRA fit and proper requirements
Expertise in business operations customer strategy distribution and service delivery
Strong financial acumen and ability to optimise performance within risk appetite
