Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Process Analyst with 7-9 years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing designing and optimizing business processes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Experience with ServiceNow is preferred and candidates must hold the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification along with other recognized Business Analyst :Lead the analysis documentation and improvement of business processes across various with stakeholders to identify business needs gather requirements and define ServiceNow platform knowledge to support process automation workflow design and system workshops interviews and meetings to elicit and validate detailed process maps use cases and functional continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational with cross-functional teams including IT operations and alignment of business processes with organizational goals and compliance junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in business :7-9 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar experience with ServiceNow platform; hands-on configuration or workflow design is a Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is Business Analyst certifications such as CBAP CCBA PMI-PBA or equivalent are analytical problem-solving and communication ability to work effectively with cross-functional with process modeling tools and organizational and time management skills.
