Head Chef of Restaurants St. Pancras London Autograph Collection

St Pancras London is one of the capitals most recognisable landmarks- home to exceptional dining remarkable design and a rich sense of history. We are now looking for an accomplished Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and continue raising the standard of food across our restaurants bars and events.

About the Hotel

Located within the beautifully restored St. Pancras station the hotel is part of Marriotts Autograph Collection. Its dining experiences include:

  • Booking Office 1869 a vibrant restaurant and bar within the original ticket hall serving modern dishes inspired by British and European classics.
  • The Hansom an elegant space for afternoon tea light dining and evening drinks.
  • Seasonal Terrace by Booking Office 1869 an open-air setting that celebrates fresh seasonal ingredients.

Together they offer a genuine mix of style history and culinary craft.

The Role

As Head Chef you will:

  • Lead and motivate a skilled kitchen team across multiple outlets.
  • Create and deliver menus that reflect the hotels character using fresh and seasonal produce.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation consistency and flavour.
  • Work closely with senior management on food strategy cost control and guest satisfaction.
  • Play an active role in developing future talent and building a positive kitchen culture.

Youll be a confident and hands-on Head Chef with experience in luxury or high-volume dining. Youll have a clear understanding of flavour presentation and leadership with the ability to inspire your team and deliver memorable guest experiences every day.
