Supervisor Fashion Retail Sales
Our client is a thriving Fashion Clothing brand with multiple stores across Ireland currently hiring a supervisor for their store located in The Square Tallaght Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your retail career with a dynamic and expanding brand.
Your Role as Supervisor:
- Support the management team in the daily operations of the store.
- Assist in driving sales through effective stock management and exceptional customer service ensuring weekly targets and KPIs are met.
- Motivate lead and empower the team to enhance performance and create a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards using business tools provided.
- Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and acting as a role model for the team.
- Assist in administrative tasks and uphold the stores operational standards in the absence of senior management.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum two years experience in the retail sector with previous Supervisory or Key Holder experience.
- Passion for retail and driving store profitability.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to support develop and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills.
- Understanding of Health & Safety and security procedures to ensure employee and customer well-being.
