What Youll Be Doing
Speaking with customers who have already shown interest (no cold calling).
Listening carefully understanding their needs and helping them find the right solution.
Building rapport and delivering excellent service on every call.
Learning to handle objections and close sales confidently.
Working towards achievable targets with plenty of support from your team.
What Were Looking For
Experience in retail hospitality or customer-facing roles (min one year) if you can chat connect and deliver great service youll fit right in.
Confidence on the phone and a friendly professional manner.
Motivation to learn new skills and progress your career.
A positive attitude and ability to work towards goals and KPIs.
Someone who enjoys a busy environment and thrives on success.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday daytime hours.
Occasional Saturday rotation (with time off in lieu).
Hybrid options available after training.
