Who We Are: In 2010 our founder Andrew Vrbas volunteered in experiencing the need for better sanitation education and economic opportunities he wanted to help make a solution Soap!Andrews first batch of soap was created in a crockpot in his college dorm there Pacha Soap Co. has evolved into a growing $35 million dollar consumer goods business with 100 team members who develop and handcraft the very best premium bath products to sell across the U.S. and Canada. Key Responsibilities: - Lead/Interact in a way that is consistent with Pacha Core Values.
- Receives and processes orders for products utilizing order tracking and inventory management systems.
- Manage all SPS/EDI customers for freight and DSD orders acknowledgements ASNs and ensure timely delivery of invoices to customers.
- Researches and resolves order errors updates the appropriate systems and maintains communication with the customer to resolution.
- Communicate with the sales team at the time of order entry any order acknowledgments operational delays or OOS and work with the customer to enter back orders if needed.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team on new customer setup in customer order portals i.e. Nexus SPS and Fishbowl including testing and automation.
- Ensure customer information flows correctly with shipping methods and part numbers to ensure order and pricing accuracy.
- Collaborate on customer planning to achieve overall OTIF goals.
- Own input and communication for specific shipping requirements during new customer setup to packing and shipping teams as needed.
- Drive efficiency and increase the number of customers utilizing the EDI processes.
- Is a back-up for other customer service roles within the organization.
- Bring creative problem solving to work identify new and improving existing processes to bring efficiencies to the business and streamline workflow.
- Maintain stock and displays at local customers.
- Support other activities of Operations as needed.
Qualifications Skills and Experience: - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage electronic and paper data.
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to influence across all levels in the organization.
- Communicate effectively throughout the organization and with customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel and web-based customer portals.
- Preferred experience in a related field.
Must Haves: - Strong attention to detail
- Strong excel skills previous ERP experience a plus
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and escalate issues as needed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
