You will
Maintain and develop knowledge about air freight product and import/export process; check and prepare documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements packing specifications and compliance with other countries regulations and fiscal regimes
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing invoices or cost quotations for freight transportation
- Offering all available door-to-door services by air ensuring cost-effective and secure solutions
- Working with SOP (Standard Operation Procedures) and IOP (Internal Operation Procedures) for Key customers
- Monitoring transportation and handling costs
- Maintaining current knowledge of relevant legislation political situations and other factors that could affect the movement of freight considering and planning the most effective route for air freight
- Reporting back to clients on regular basis keeping them updated
- Reviewing the environmental records of freight carriers to inform shipping decisions
- Selecting shipment routes based on nature of goods shipped transit times or security needs
- Determining efficient and cost-effective methods of moving goods from one location to another
- Informing clients of factors such as shipping options timelines transfers or regulations affecting shipments.
Your Profile
- Previous experience with Air Freight or any previous exposure to Air product is recommended
- Good communications skills - Ensure high level of communication with key stakeholders customers and internal team members
- Professional attitude/behavior
- Very good communication skills including both verbal and written fluency English and Polish
- A collaborative mindset with a can find solution attitude
- Eagerness to be best in class and part of a winning team
- Ability to be flexible in thinking out of the box
