Epic Delivery Owner (EDO) Project Manager & Business Data Analyst (AIR Tribe)

Mission

Lead endtoend Epic delivery while acting as a handson Project Manager and Business Data Analyst for the Orchestrationsquad in the AIR (Analytical Insight & Reporting) Tribe. Youll combine tight delivery management with data skills (SQL/DAX/Power BI/Python) to turn business needs into measurable product outcomes and help us transition from project management to product management.

What youll do

• Own Epic delivery: governance scope/budget/risk crosstribe coordination dashboards/PSR SDLC/IT controls.
• Quarterly planning: prepare/execute QBR & QP; align capacity funding priorities with portfolio.
• Business data analysis: capture requirements map data flows write SQL (mandatory) design DAX measures buildPower BI reports; automate checks withPython (medium proficiency).
• Delivery reporting: maintain dashboards and predictability status (PSR); integrate withServiceNow/Azure DevOps.
• Stakeholder engagement: work daily with IT Business Operations Sales Product to clarify priorities and land outcomes.
• Ways of Working: streamline intakedeliveryrelease define lean cadences/RACI/playbooks; champion the shift to product.

Required skills

• Project/Program Management in complex multiteam environments; demonstrable ontime onbudget delivery.
• Data stack:
  • SQL mandatory (data modelling optimization QA).
  • DAX Power BI solid experience building robust maintainable models/reports.
  • Python medium (ETL scripts data validation automation).
• Tooling:Azure DevOps/TFS ServiceNow release/change processes; confident with audit/compliance.
• Business analysis: requirements UAT support data glossary/catalog contribution.
• Communication & leadership: crisp status risk and dependency management; ability to influence across tribes and vendors.

• Domain familiarity acrossFunds Settlements Collateral & Banking Asset Servicing/Reference Data Data Platforms
• Experience introducing automated delivery dashboards and capacity views.
