Position Overview:
We are seeking a Site Lead - Constructionto join ourKBR Adelaide team to oversee and managecritical interfaces between our client the managing contractor and our technical site support team as we deliver critical infrastructure projects for Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
You and your team will serve as the primary point of contact between the construction team and the project team.
Oversee the technical site support team includingproject engineerscivil structural building services security and architectural disciplines.
Support the delivery of significant critical building & production infrastructureprojects.
Plan for and Lead on-site team functions and processesto ensure seamless project execution.
Manage scope boundaries across multiple stakeholders in a complex project environment.
Play a significant role in the first tranche of construction and contribute to the ongoing delivery of future project phases.
Skills & Experience Required:
A background and 10 years in structural engineering building services engineering or architecture.
Demonstrated expertise in the construction industry working alongside builders with a strong understanding of on-site construction contracts andadministrativeprocesses typically acquired through substantial project experience and technical proficiency.
Proven experience managing complex projects and interdisciplinary teams.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Current Baseline Clearance or the ability to obtain Defence clearance required.
Candidates must hold Australian Citizenship and currently reside in Australia.
