A global leader in engineered components and precision bearings is seeking an experienced Sales Director/Business Development Director to drive strategic growth across the USA. This role requires a balance of commercial leadership and hands-on customer engagement developing long-term relationships with OEMs Tier 1 suppliers and distribution partners while leading a national sales team to deliver on ambitious revenue goals.

Role

  • Define and execute the national sales strategy across aerospace defense and industrial markets.
  • Lead mentor and grow a high-performing sales team ensuring delivery of revenue and margin targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with OEMs Tier 1 suppliers and distribution networks.
  • Drive new business development while expanding opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Partner with product engineering and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership within aerospace defence or industrial markets.
  • Strong knowledge of bearings engineered components or precision mechanical parts.
  • Experience managing and developing a national sales team.
  • Ability to combine strategic vision with practical hands-on customer interaction.
