Our Billings MT office is seeking a motivated and high-achieving law student to join our 2026 Summer Internship Program. This hands-on experience offers an opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys and legal professionals gaining exposure to real-world practice areas client matters and the inner workings of a dynamic law firm.
This is a paid internship with the opportunity for a flexible part-time or full-time schedule.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Law Intern provides support to attorneys and paralegals while gaining practical experience in various aspects of legal practice. The intern conducts legal research drafts memoranda and documents assists with case preparation and observes client interactions court proceedings and firm operations. This role is designed to give law students meaningful exposure to litigation processes and day to day law firm activities fostering professional development and an understanding of the practice of law.
