About the Role:

As a Family Law Litigation Attorney you will be instrumental in representing clients through all stages of domestic relations proceedings. You will manage a diverse caseload focusing on comprehensive case strategy robust legal analysis and compelling courtroom advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage family law matters from inception to resolution including divorce legal separation child custody child support spousal support/alimony and related litigation.
Vigorously represent clients in all court proceedings including hearings mediations settlement conferences and trials.
Draft precise and persuasive legal documents including pleadings motions discovery requests and legal correspondence.
Develop astute legal strategies and case plans tailored to each clients unique circumstances and objectives.
Maintain consistent professional and empathetic communication with clients providing counsel and advocating effectively on their behalf.
Collaborate seamlessly with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure efficient and effective case management.

Must-Haves:

Active license to practice law in West Virginia or the ability to obtain it prior to commencing employment.
