We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Service Account Coordinator to join our this role you will play a key part in supporting our clients ensuring that each account receives outstanding service and attention. You will collaborate closely with internal departments to coordinate deliverables maintain quality standards and uphold client satisfaction across all service operations.
Responsibilities
Serve as a main point of contact for client accounts providing clear and timely communication.
Coordinate the execution of service plans and ensure all project milestones are met.
Support account managers with scheduling documentation and follow-ups.
Track client feedback and work proactively to maintain strong relationships.
Ensure quality and consistency in service delivery through cross-department collaboration.
Prepare reports and summaries for internal reviews and client updates.
