The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Director Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) the Director Field HEOR (Payer-Focused) will serve as the medical scientific lead responsible for communicating the value of Nuvalents clinical and health economics and outcomes data to payer formulary decision makers.
In this field-based role it will be critical to develop and foster relationships while compliantly engaging in peer-to-peer scientific and health economic discussions with customers including but not limited to payers and oncology practices to optimize patient access to Nuvalent products.
As a member of the Medical Affairs team the Field HEOR will be expected to cultivate strong matrix team partnerships across Market Access and Medical functions and support HEOR projects as needed.

The annual targeted base salary range for this role is $229000 $279000.
The targeted range reflects what Nuvalent reasonably and in good faith expects to offer for this position at the time of posting but the final salary determination may be within or outside this range based on various factors including but not limited to experience skills education and market factors. The range will be reviewed regularly and is subject to change.
