Job Summary

Join our exclusive private school OSHC in Trinity College Gladstone and lead an inspiring team of Educators in a modern purpose-built environment featuring a brand-new kitchen independent admin office fully fenced yard and OSHC Exclusive air-conditioned spaces 

 This service also offers a dedicated Kindy program and is supported by a collaborative leadership team and regional manager.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity where you will work 38hrs per week across split shifts Monday to Friday including 6 non-contact admin hours.

  • Youll create and lead a dynamic child-centered program filled with exciting activities like STEM sports cooking arts and craftsall designed to inspire and engage.
  • Youll take full ownership of your teams roster manage day-to-day operations ensure compliance and handle admin tasksall while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
  • With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team youll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

What Youll Bring
A love for working with children and creating engaging experiences

A current Blue Card (or willing to obtain) and valid work rights
Holds an ACECQA-approved qualification
