Job Summary
Two of Gladstones premier OSHC services are seeking a dynamic Assistant Coordinator to join their growing leadership teams. We have opportunities at:
Gladstone West State School: Exclusive air-conditioned OSHC space full basketball court and funding for additional staff.
Clinton State School: Dedicated hall with its own kitchen and independent admin area offering beautiful modern facilities.
Both positions are permanent part-time working 32.5hrs per week across split shifts to support our before and after school programs. Youll have the chance to:
- Support the Coordinator in leading a passionate team of Educators and delivering an engaging program for children aged 512 years
- Get involved in activities including STEM cooking arts and crafts sports and more
- Assist with day-to-day operations team rostering compliance and building strong connections with families and the school community.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
A current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain) and valid work rights
Working towards or holding an ACECQA-approved qualification
