As our Director of Operations youll be responsible for bringing cutting-edge hardware products to life. From early concepts and prototypes to full-scale production youll lead the entire manufacturing journey. This role starts as an individual contributor as the company grows theres room to build and lead a small high-performing team.
- Drive all phases of new product introduction from concept through prototype pilot and high-volume manufacturing. Define and execute processes that ensure manufacturability yield and reliability readiness.
- Manage semiconductor and system-level manufacturing test and packaging operations. Implement Lean and Six Sigma principles for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO9001 RBA) and customer procurement requirements; conduct audits and drive corrective actions.
- Develop sourcing strategies qualify suppliers and manage vendor relationships to support production Build strong connections with component suppliers and distributors; lead price negotiations track supply and ensure product deliveries align
- Serve as the operational link between engineering product management supply chain quality and external partners ensuring alignment transparency and execution excellence.
- Lead complex cross-functional NPI and manufacturing programs with tight schedules and high visibility. Track milestones identify risks and ensure delivery within scope and budget.
- Drive continuous improvement automation and scalability across operations.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience 15 years in NPI and manufacturing operations for servers accelerator cards or SoCs.
- Proven success in NPI manufacturing and launching products from concept to volume production ideally in datacenter or related domains.
- Strong hands-on problem-solving skills in production and supply chain environments.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor/systems manufacturing quality systems and supplier management.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (ISO9001 RBA) and audit processes.
- Excellent communication and executive presence; able to influence at all levels and across regions.
- Background in ASICs or SoCs; familiarity with hardware/software co-design and integration.
- Track record of thriving in fast-paced rapidly evolving technology environments.
