The role:

Kantar Prospera helps the financial services industry improve its customer satisfaction. Over the past 40 years Prospera has built up a well-developed product portfolio where we offer benchmarking and advice to senior executives in the financial industry. Prosperas clients are primarily banks investment banks asset and fund managers business law firms and financial institutions.

As an interviewer your main task is to conduct interviews by phone/Teams based on a set questionnaire. The people you will interview in Prosperas surveys are typically professional buyers of financial services usually in senior positions at Nordic organizations institutions and in the public sector. You will work in project form and have ongoing contact with project managers. The service includes certain administrative tasks in connection with investigating and documenting your contacts.

We offer you a varied and educational job. We are looking for someone who is outgoing communicative meticulous flexible and your role as an interviewer you are the face of Prospera and the core of our business. You should find it easy to work independently based on set instructions and project goals to achieve the quality needed in the interview work and that our customers expect. As an interviewer you work on several projects in parallel so it is important that you are structured and able to have many balls in the air at the same time.

The position is a full time fixed-term (12 month) remote role.

Have the ability to build relationships with our target group Is meticulous and detail-oriented Has a high sense of responsibility Have good interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

Relevant post-secondary education in economics/behavioural sciences or equivalent Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English

Meritorious:

Experience in banking/finance Experience working as an interviewer Experience of sales work e.g. telemarketing Knowledge of Finnish or Danish
