About the job
As our new Field Service Manager and play a key role in shaping the future of Field Service GPHE fostering a collaborative can-do culture. Based in Lund with hybrid working and regular travel youll be at the heart of our transformational journey - empowering your team supporting change and ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a remote team across Sweden Norway Denmark
Develop and implement business plans ensuring continuous growth and upskilling
Continuously work with Safety Awareness
Handle claims and work across the internal value chain to deliver customer value
Develop sub-contractors network especially to support during periods of high workload
Manage input for pay roll budgets and forecasting for the team
Foster a positive can-do culture encouraging new ideas and process improvements
Support change management initiatives and safeguard the team during periods of transition
Drive long-term growth and expand the team in alignment with the market demands
Implement and follow up on relevant KPIs to measure and improve performance
Ensure the team feels valued and seen within the organisation
Knowledge & Skills Required:
Strong leadership and people management skills with experience managing remote teams
Excellent communication networking and influencing abilities
Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
Experience in developing and growing business areas
Technical understanding (GPHE or Heat Exchange experience is a plus but not essential)
Customer-focused mindset with a drive for results
Proactive positive attitude with a passion for developing ideas and processes
Experience with budgeting forecasting and payroll management
Willingness to travel (approx. 30-50 days)
