Job Summary

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Sales division of Ignitis where youll be responsible for executing sales strategy and help us with the business development. If that speaks to you wed be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Increasing Ignitis energy market share in Latvia
  • Prospecting and closing new business opportunities
  • Taking part in planning and executing the sales strategy
  • Managing sales offer preparation and signing new contracts
  • Maintaining customer relationships and growing the business

Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • 2 years of B2B sales experience in a full-cycle closing role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
  • A sincere and dedicated professional who thrives on the challenges of B2B sales
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Latvian and English as this role involves regular collaboration with international colleagues and partners
  • Ability to multi-task work both independently and as part of a team prioritize tasks and effectively manage key stakeholder expectations
