Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead and scale our cloud kitchen operations. This role will oversee daily performance ensure operational excellence and drive the launch of new kitchens. The ideal candidate is hands-on data-driven and experienced in managing multi-location F&B or cloud kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage operations across all cloud kitchens to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Track key KPIs such as order accuracy delivery SLA wastage and cost efficiency.
- Use data insights to improve productivity reduce costs and maintain high-quality standards.
- Plan build and launch new kitchens from site setup to operational readiness.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and operational SOPs across all sites.
- Build train and motivate an operations team focused on consistency and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain Tech Finance Culinary) to meet business goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Operations or related field.
- 5 years of experience in operations management (F&B cloud kitchen or multi-outlet setup preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results under pressure.
- Excellent communication and execution skills.
