About the Role

This is a work-from-home role based from your own home office. Due to the nature of the position youll spend a good portion of your time out and about attending opens inspections and connecting with clients.

Our head office is in Richmond and the team meets there twice a month for training collaboration and a good dose of team connection.

As our Leasing Consultant youll be the face of OpenCorp for prospective tenants and an essential part of our property management success. Youll work closely with our experienced Property Managers while learning everything you need to succeed in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and conducting property opens and private inspections.
  • Handling tenancy applications and reference checks.
  • Communicating with landlords and tenants in a professional friendly manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records in PropertyMe and ensuring compliance with tenancy legislation.
  • Advertising properties online
  • Preparing lease documents
  • Data entry of tenancies
  • Entry condition reports and scheduling move ins
  • Maintain accurate records of days on market application numbers and other KPAs

About You

Youre proactive organised and have a genuine passion for property and customer service. Youre ready to grow your skills learn from the best and progress into a Property Manager role.

To be successful youll have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Current Real Estate Registration
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • A reliable car and current drivers licence.
  • A positive can-do attitude with strong attention to detail.
