As our Operational Resilience Manager youll lead the development and oversight of our Business Continuity Management (BCM) program ensuring were prepared for disruption and compliant with regulatory obligations including CPS 230.
This role is all about leading the development and execution of our Business Continuity Management (BCM) program aligning with CPS 230 and other regulatory requirements. Youll design and run crisis simulations guide continuity planning and collaborate across teams to embed resilience into everything we do.
Youll work closely with Risk Compliance IT and senior leaders to ensure our resilience strategies are integrated effective and future-ready. From policy development to executive-level crisis exercises youll be the go-to expert for operational resilience across the Group.
