Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
At least two years of experience competing coaching and/or operations in a track & field and/or cross country program
Experience with track & field/cross country meet management
Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
Prior working experience as a Director of Operations in a collegiate track & field and/cross country program
Prior working experience in collegiate athletics
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of NCAA SEC and University policies and procedures
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office to include Excel Word PowerPoint etc
Strong written and oral communication skills
Exceptional organizational decision-making problem-solving skills
Ability to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds and effectively interact with high energy intense personalities
