Why were looking for you
Owner is building the AI-first restaurant profit suite. Rather than a series of tool you have to learn and operate - we are the self-driving platform for success. You will lead all the restaurant facing product teams spanning POS Payments Mobile Web and AI-powered agent services setting a unified strategy that drives revenue growth operational excellence and best-in-class guest experiences for thousands of restaurants and millions of diners.
The Impact you will have
- Set clear multiyear product visions and roadmaps balancing nearterm wins with durable platform bets.
- Deliver reliable intuitive experiences across instore and online workflows so operators move faster and guests have a consistently excellent experience.
- Establish measurable goals and operating rhythms that tie team work to business outcomes like conversion speed of service retention and revenue.
- Drive rigorous discovery and fast highquality delivery ensuring launches are welltested clearly communicated and easy to adopt.
- Strengthen product quality bars for performance accessibility and usability across web app and instore surfaces.
- Build and mentor a small portfolio of PM teams up-leveling product sense decision quality and crossfunctional collaboration.
Who youll work with
- Design and Engineering partners to ship polished resilient flows across web dashboard instore POS and payments touchpoints.
- Data and BizOps to size opportunities define KPIs and attribute impact across conversion speed of service reliability and revenue.
- Customerfacing teams in Launch Success and Support to bring field insights into the roadmap and ensure clean rollouts and enablement.
- Gotomarket partners to position capabilities clearly and communicate value to prospects and customers.
- Adjacent product areas to ensure the endtoend guest and operator journey is cohesive and scalable.
What were looking for
- 10 Years Product Management Experience with 3 years leading product managers or product teams
- Directorlevel product leadership with a track record of setting vision driving outcomes and scaling healthy teams.
- Ability to get things done at scale: repeated examples of shipping highquality products that improved core business metrics.
- Excellent product sense: sharp judgment on where to invent versus simplify with a high bar for usability performance and accessibility.
- Deep customer empathy: strong qualitative research chops that translate into crisp priorities and thoughtful tradeoffs.
- Strong data fluency: defines clear KPIs integrates quantitative and qualitative signals and updates conviction quickly.
- Clear structured communication that drives alignment across levels and functions.
- Technical depth to engage on architecture integrations reliability and constraints.
- Experience in restaurant or retail operations including mission-critical in-store workflows
- Familiarity with POS ecosystems hardware-plus-software products or offline-tolerant systems
- Background in payments or fintech including onboarding reconciliation disputes or financial reporting
Pay and Benefits
- The estimated base salary range for this role is $270K-$310K depending on experience and location. The offer also includes a a generous pre-IPO equity package.
